Terms & Privacy

Listening

Free listening is limited to one hour in any 24-hour period per device and network, with a short video break every 15 minutes of listening. Music on this site is for personal streaming only; it may not be downloaded, copied or redistributed.

TJD + Plus

TJD + Plus costs $2.99 USD every 3 months, billed by PayPal, and renews every 3 months until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account under automatic payments. TJD + Plus stays active while PayPal reports the subscription as active.

Sax Hero

Each device gets one free game of Sax Hero. Further games require TJD + Plus.

Privacy

We set one functional cookie to count free listening time on your device, and keep basic listening statistics (which songs are played and for how long) to show stream counts and enforce the free limit. Your network address is stored only as a one-way hash. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal; we receive your subscription status and PayPal email, never your card details. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic.
